Most insurance providers cover chiropractic treatments, but depending on the plan, some may not. Please provide us with your insurance information which is your member ID, date of birth and name prior to your visit so that we may verify whether your plan covers for chiropractic treatments and how much you have a deductible, copay/coinsurance, remaining visits allowed per year.
Adjustment Cash Plans
We wish to make chiropractic care affordable for those whose health insurance plans are without wide coverage, or with very high deductibles to be met. Please refer to the chart below for a breakdown of prices. Package plans are cost-saving for patients who need to come in for treatments more than a handful of times. Please ask the front desk should you wish to acquire a package care plan. There is no expiration date on package plans.
